When you upload photos for a quote, we use them to understand the job and prepare your price. We also take our own before and after photos of the work we do — that record is what backs the workmanship guarantee, so we keep it either way. We store these only to provide the service.
A photo of your job only appears on our website or social media if you tell us we may use it. We ask first, and no is a complete answer — it changes nothing about the job or the price.
When you do agree, we show the work and nothing else. We never publish faces, house numbers, street signs, number plates, documents, screens, or the name of your street or village, and we never name you. If you change your mind, tell us and we will take the photo down — though we cannot recall something another person has already shared.
We rely on trusted providers to run our website and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We only contact you about your enquiry or job. If we ever introduce occasional updates or offers, we will ask first and you will be able to opt out at any time.
Our website uses the essential cookies needed for the pages to function, plus Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google Ads conversion measurement records whether that visit led to a quote request or a phone call, so we know which ads work. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you or to show you ads on other sites (no remarketing).
Our website and social pages may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.
Our services are directed at property owners and businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
